Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Welcome to Skimys®! These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website and ordering products, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope
   These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Skimys® and you as a consumer through our website. Deviating terms from the buyer do not apply.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
   The product representations on our website are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order form and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm the receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment
   The listed prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT. The shipping costs are shown separately and must be indicated during the ordering process. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered during the ordering process.

5. Delivery
   Delivery is made within 2-6 days in Germany and 4-10 days in other European countries. In case of delays, you will be informed immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal
   Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Skimys®, Stazica 14, 32-600, Wrzesnia, Poland, info@skimys.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

7. Return and Refund
   In case of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price immediately and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods were defective or we made an error.

8. Warranty
   The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects in the goods, you have the right to demand subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If the subsequent performance is unsuccessful, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

9. Data Protection

10. Final Provisions
    German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
