Shipping & Exchange

Since January 2024, we have our shipping center in Berlin, where your order is packed with care and shipped to your home as quickly as possible via DHL GoGreen.
Shipping:
Germany: Shipping is free for our customers with an order value of €50 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €4.90. The delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 6 business days.
Austria and Switzerland: We charge a small flat fee of €6.90. The delivery time generally takes 3 to 8 business days.
Exchanges:
If the size doesn’t fit, we offer free exchanges within Germany. Unfortunately, as a young start-up, we cannot provide free exchanges in Austria and Switzerland. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
